We had a great experience at this hotel with friendly staff at the front desk. The room was spacious and included a bathroom and TV. Plus, the breakfast was complimentary. The hotel's location was central, close to the Bluestem restaurant. The downstairs bar was also a nice feature.

The hotel is newly decorated and quiet and has exceptional staff and drinks. The room is large with a comfy bed and pillows.

The hotel was upscale and fairly clean, with personable staff on cell phone desk clerk. Loved our rooms even with the tv on. The location was stunning, really close to Tivoli Cinemas.
Well, internet connection was terrible.

Location close to a very good restaurant with burgers "Flea Market", the hotel shares a car park with the restaurant. There are also other shops nearby that may interest visitors to Kansas City.
Breakfast, if it wasn't for the nice lady who made omelettes (or scrambled eggs - unfortunately, from ready-made egg mass, but that's how it is in the USA), then breakfast wouldn't be suitable to describe. Poorly, compared to the general reception of the place.

Excellent customer service. We arrived in the morning, earlier than the 3 pm check in time but didn't have a room yet ready. Staff made sure we were comfortable in the lobby. They were all very friendly, all smiles and always willing to help throughout our stay. Excellent location for business or leisure.

The room was super fresh and had a cool style, plus a really comfy bed and a sweet view, and a mini fridge. The location was so convenient and awesome - it was easy to get to Riot Room! 🌟

The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. I also liked that it had a small microwave too. The location is also great.
The bathroom was run down and didn't feel clean. There was something on the shower walls... I didn't get close enough to inspect it. The room itself was kind of run down and didn't feel clean.
